Can't write reviews?

Is it me or my account? I don't see how to write a review? I can comment on others reviews but I must be dumb.

I just wrote one by going to my city page -- 9th topic down is "Independent Provider Reviews" (sounds like you are on this page), click that.

At the top of the list of posts (a list of mostly reviews), below the ads, above the title bar "Threads in Forum" is a button "New Review," next to "New Thread," click New Review and the template will open.

You've probably found it by now.
