How to delete a double post = for forum dummies

Can someone plZ Explain to me how to Delete a Double Post ??

Do the following within the first hour the post is up...

1. Go to the post in question.
2. Click the button.
3. At the top in the Delete This Message section, choose the option Delete Message, then fill in the Reason For Deletion box.
4. Click the Delete this Message button.

If it is already past the first hour use the icon that appears to the left of the post to report it to the Staff and we can take care of it for you.
