Screening Newbies

I have had a lot of newbs who would love to see me, but I only know 1 screening method. I was just wondering how do some of you ladies screen the newbs and not get caught up or make a wrong decision

You need to ask this in the ladies powder room or ask for suggestions to be PM'ed to you. We really don't need this type of information out in the open where everyone can see it.
