Place to rent or work from

I have two properties in fort worth coming available beginning of October for rent. Would consider ideas such as someone needing a place to work out of or even a reduced rent agreement....haven't really thought thru all the potential complications but I'm open to the idea and discussion so if there is any provider interested hit me up and I can tell you more about the place
