Newbie Friendly providers in Fayetteville

I've been out of the game for over a year and a half. All of my references are old, so I won't insult a provider with trying to verify that way. So, I'm starting from scratch.

My availability is really limited right now. Fayetteville/Springdale, and during the day/lunchtime. I know Ginger has a screening process for newbs, and I hope to make it up her way one day. I hear it's well worth it.

Are there any newbie friendly providers in the Fayetteville area specifically? I'd like to find one here with reviews then take my chances with STG or similar.
