where is my notepad?

So I have some notes on providers written down on the notes section of the site, but for the life of me I can't find it. I've clicked on everything under my profile.

Can someone please tell me where it is? I'm going crazy. Thanks!

It's under your User CP, located under the main Menu tab

Sometimes the box gets "collapsed" .

I think that's what happened, because just today, I clicked on my CP and it was right there smack in the middle.
