Is it ok to post an external link to a Vimeo video?

Just wasn't sure about the rules on that.
It has probably been on here before if so, but it is this hilarious "this old house" spoof called "this old whorehouse"

They allow youtube videos all the time.

I have seen them (Vimeo links) I have even helped providers post them.

The key with Vimeo I have found is making it private and password protected. If you have ANY thing that can be a DMA infringement, you will get a letter from the publisher to remove it and Vimeo will take it down. A good example is background music.
