ODOT has been showing this video during Reds games the last few months:
I don't know if other states also use this video as well, but look at the video closely and tell me it isn't misleading.
This video utilizes trick photography--it is not real. They purposely put the motorcycle on the shoulder, in the drivers blind spot, for dramatic effect. When they show it again, to emphasize proper care, the motorcycle rider is near the center lane line. If a normal business put this advertisement out, they would face fraud charges.
I bring this up because it reminds me of how often we see Photoshopped pics and vids in provider ads. What is the most egregious thing you have seen in a hobby communication?
