What Are Some Things You Guys Do Before/During Your Sessions To..."Heighten" The Pleasure?

Not obvious things like take a shower, shave, brush teeth, etc.. But I mean little "oddities" that you feel make the experience better for you...idiosyncrasies if you will. All are welcome to answer.

Be careful, you might cut off your ear after you go crazy. That wormwood is known for that. But then you could go back to painting pictures.
