I'm so confused

To whom this may concern,
I am confused as hell. I received an infraction due to posting again in the Introduction Forum, I truly apologize about that, I have not been active on here in a year, so it was like I was new again. It was all my fault because I did not read the guidelines in it's entirety. The question I guess I have is what can I do to get the infraction removed and what else do I have to provide to get VP status. What does and infraction do to your account? I need help please!!!!!

The infraction comes attached with a note informing you what the violation was. In this case when you posted in the welcome section you posted in a section that id designated for brand new members to make their initial post/ad introducing themselves to the community.
