I am a new member to this website.. I have been reading many reviews for various providers.. I always come across reviews which says to read Rest of the story (ROS).. This might sound silly... I am wondering where can I find ROS.. Is there any link with in a review that directs to ROS.
Also another question that I have is how to interpret the provider fee reported by reviewers. some reviews shows the fee as $$$.50 or $$$.75 or something like that.. Is the exact fee being screened by the moderators....
