review a provider

How do I review a provider on this site?

Go to the Independent Provider or Agency Provider Review thread, whichever is appropriate, and you will find a button that says "New Review." Click on it, and a form comes up for you to fill out.

It's simple.

Thank you for the reply, As simple as it may be I have not had any luck. No where on the providers page do I see any button that says new review. I have been trying for two days and at this point I just assume leave the one review I have done for her on TER. No fuss about leaving a review there. Just can't figure it out here, this is probably the last time I will try on this site. But I do appreciate you trying to help,

Not sure how you are missing it. Here's the link to the page in the VA forum. Scroll down a little; there are two buttons above all the posts. "New Review" is the button on the right. "New Thread" is on the left.

Ahh, I think you are looking on the wrong page, since the New Review link isn't on the "Provider's page". It's located in the Review forums, for instance if she is an Independent (non-agency) girl, then you would go to the Independent Provider Review forum and then you should see the New Review button (near the top of the page & dark blue unless you changed the color scheme). If you click that button, it will then take you to the review form to fill out.
