Another Stand Your Ground Showdown, Another Murder Charge.

Michael David Dunn of Melbourne Florida became enraged over loud rap music booming from a nearby car, grabbed a 9mm pistol from his glovebox and fired two volleys into a Dodge Durango containing four black teens. The gunshots killed Jordan Davis and narrowly missed two other boys. (Yea that's the way to get them to turn down the music)

Dunn has remained jailed without bond on a first-degree murder charge, three counts of attempted murder and shooting or throwing a deadly missile.

He was just following the advise of Whirlaway and LovingKayla, always pack a side arm and shoot first if anyone pisses you off.

In the story it is noted that his version of the events does not match the physical facts or accounts by everyone else at the scene.

What does this have to do with stand your ground? Nothing of course. Quoting Rolling Stone does not make it true. Remember, the Zimmerman trial was NEVER about stand your ground but RS doesn't seem to know that.

Stand your ground would have been in play if the yutes had approached him with hostility.
Gangster rap is hostile.
This guy most likely will be made an example of. Just merely saying you feared for your life isn't enough to justify deadly force. There has to be some element to facilitate that fear, that it's eminent you are about to receive great bodily harm or death. He claims he thought one of the boys had a shot gun. No shot gun was found. This doesn't even resemble the Zimmerman case at all. It's more of a straight up street level shooting.

This is not a stand your growing case.

But then, neither was the Zimmerman Case.

This idiot needs to spend the rest of his life in Prison.

So either he did not shoot enough or he was a piss poor shot. Only bagging one out of four inst really that good. I am guessing that was what you were thinking too. Yeah I am betting you have had that wonderful feeling of a car load of children playing what they call music with some of the mosrt vile language that you would not want your daughrer to hear while she is riding her bike on the sidewalk. You just never know what will set a person off. Sad that a person gets to the point in their life that the rage becomes uncontrollable.

There is no justification for his actions. He should get the needle.
You show you don't understand the concept of "Stand Your Ground ".
