Chat on Iphone

I hit the chat icon, and all I get is an empty box. What am I doing wrong? Bueller? Bueller?

Apple/Safari do NOT support flash. You need to buy a 3rd party app for it. I suggest Photon. It is another web browser like safari, but is flash compatible.
