Spas opening Monday?

Are spas allowed to open on Monday in Texas?

would like to know as well.

Most likely no. The most recent Governor's Order on May 5th specifically prohibits "massage establishments" and "sexually oriented businesses" until further proclamation or executive order.

There's probably some independent providers out there right now, but I wouldn't expect people to share intel.

If the genetlemen's clubs aren't open, I highly doubt spas will be (legally)...and even if the state allows them to open back up, given the current city's leadership's penchant for playing "opposite day" with the governor, I imagine vice squad will be called in to "strictly enforce" those vice laws with the spas (a.k.a. "raids").
