My idea for a cartoon. Can anyone create it?

Two panels; first panel is Jen Psaki behind her podium telling the press corps, "we think it can be said that President Biden is handling Putin like the pro that he is."
Second panel shows a kneeling Biden giving Putin a hand job while Vlad dangles a dripping ice cream cone in front of his face.

that might be one of the meme cartoonist could do if you commission one. you have to look around for one. deviant art or patreon is a good source.

or you can do it yourself. you just look for the right photos of jsaki, biden and putin, cut/paste/merge/photoshop and put captions in there.
