South 1st Yellow Massage Parlor

I drive past this yellow house looking place with just a sign that says "massage" in the window on the left side heading South on South 1st. Is that an AMP or is that place legit? Curious minds want to know.

It has been there for a few years and there were some reviews on the old ECCIE. Now "yellow house" probably is referring to the one on Pond Springs.
