OK.... Everyone has their own opinions on how an Agency should operate..... What would you do?

Gentlemen... Ladies....

Consider everything you know about the hobby from your own personal experiences to the rumors you have heard.........

How would you operate an Agency in today's market? Be as detailed or as simple as you want in your response....

Ladies..... What would have you seriously consider working for an Agency in this market..... How much of a split would you be willing to pay and what would you expect for it?

Maybe it's time for someone to listen to what everyone thinks and wants and put it all together new.

If anyone has a thought they are not comfortable posting themselves....... especially ladies already working for an agency.... PM your statement and I'll add it in along the way.....

Maybe someone has an idea worth investing in..... You never know.... You might find your own personal "shark" here in the ECCIE Tank....

Now on the other hand if I were to run one myself and I have thought of this before a long time ago....

1)The girls would be that rare young and hot but mature, intelligent college girl.Strong head on her shoulders with set goals...

2)No hard drugs and I will require testing....

3)Classy not trashy attitudes...Low profile

I would not put up with lateness,NCNS or any drama crap

The rates wont be on the high end and the split would always be in the girls favor...

I doubt that there's a Provider that looks at an agency as a place to retire from but probably as an "entry level" way of getting into the biz. Maybe they were recruited from BP or some other place.

While I've never knowingly used an agency the only reasons I'd have for that would be a perception of safety and reliability.Perhaps even availability on short notice though I rarely do that. (My "short notice" is like 4 days...LOL)

Having stated the above I'd most likely partner with an established Provider to make the agency more like an apprenticeship experience. So this wouldn't be for the "Quick Buck" ladies looking to get their car repaired, bail money for their SO, etc. The idea would be to prepare them for independent living as a Courtesan. So any split of fees would actually be "tuition".

Without going into specific detail the following would be covered:
  1. Safety (Screening and location)
  2. Personal Hygiene (All parties)
  3. Financial Mangement
  4. Scheduling
  5. Developing a "Menu" and specialties
  6. Advertising
  7. Customer Service and Problem Management
I think most of what VictoriaLyn alluded to would fall somewhere in those categories.
This course should be available through Austin's Cummunity College...everyone graduates Magnum Cum Loudly
I think the way you get to the best answer is to think of the agency not as a business that employs providers but as a service provider that is employed by providers and makes a commission. Then you're asking the right questions which is "what could I do that providers would be willing and eager to pay for/share their fee for".
I think gfx biggest downfall was not staying professional on the boards. Too much of the posters personality came out thru posting and imo made it look unorganized.

Personally if I was running an agency I would not let the girls know that I was finding their clientele from a to join website that they can easily use to keep 100% of their profit.
Free to join* ( sorry on my cell )

I'd keep my pimp hand strong.
Okay really... If I had an agency I would find rare girls. Tattooed, rock a billy, alternative, midgets, amazons... they would be different and uniquely beautiful. I would make them take investment classes and keep them away from the board, so they would never have to see any meanness.

I would not hire girls on (forbidden subject). I would have an incall for them and put them thru "hooker charm school." Oh... and I would keep my pimp hand strong!
I would certainly maintain a low profile. Not advertise and publicize illegal acts. Not act in an unprofessional manner that just invites negative attention from both clients and law enforcement.

I would instruct the ladies to be very careful not to engage in illegal activities of any kind (e.g., solicitation, substances, etc.).

I would never operate from a low class location. Honestly, I would probably limit services to actual escort services (i.e., dinner and compaionship dates wsith whatever happens at the end between two consenting adults).

I would work with very upscale gentleman and set up some sort of account system where clients could pay via cash or credit card through a legitimate alternate business (e.g., limo service, catering, consulting, whatever).

Those are a few things off the top of my head.

I thought about this, but I wouldn't bother unless the legality of sex work in this country gets resolved. Maybe one day if legalization happens and I'm still capable of an erection, I'll look more into it.
