So you’re saying ISP’s are blocking websites now?
If you go to a business like let's say McDonalds, they can restrict your wifi so that you're not looking at porn already. Haven't heard of anything in addition

Nothing new here.

That sort of thing has been going on ever since WiFi has been going on. An owner of a WiFi network is free run it as he/she sees fit, just as you and I are free to run our own business as we see fit. Many companies employ the same tactics with their own corporate networks.
Its normal when using Public wifi at a establishment that u cant access adult websites. If your referring to specifically not be able to acccess hobbyist websites such as this through Wifi i dont see it a problem if you use your own Internet and not a public wifi. Also sesta and fosta has no affect in this either. If your worried on clientele when hobbyist sites are shut down temporarily there are few providers that keep contact with their clients through various other means such as Instagram profiles kept private and discreet and twitter profiles as well where they are more open showing their services. So dont be worried if hobbyist websites are down because there are many other ways providers and hobbyist van reach eachother still even though many of us prefer forums

Get a Good VPN Client when connecting to any public WiFi. Unless they block the VPN, and most will not as its a security precaution above and beyond what your looking to do, your free then to browse anything.
Late in 2018 the FCC ruled that ISPs are "platforms". not "utilities" By law, there has to be equal access to a public utility.

A platform can block, delete, or report any "content" it chooses to. Facebag, Twatter, and Gargle have been doing it for years. Thumbher just jumped on board. Instspam and Snatchchat are next.

And a whole generation of "providers" won't have a reason to check their electronic mobile mirrors over 100 times an hour during an appointment. (Average Adnoid user checks their vibrator over 100 X an hour, according to Gargle and MIT.)

Stop reading this echo chamber, get your head out, and pay attention:
