Admins can do it if it isn't against the forum rules. Pm Mokoa, the San Antonio Mod and he can forward the request to one of the Admins.

It can absolutely be done, as SARR says, by a moderator. Many people sign on here without realizing how important the screen name can be. They don't mind changing it for you at all. I would suppose they'll have some limits but just ask.
