Based on the price, I think it means BB (vs C). In my neck of the woods, VIP means MSOG (listed roses would be 200HHR/300HR/VIP 500HR).
But, I would go with Teacher's comment because the ad is by an agency & the lady MAY not be accomodating no matter the "roses" offered.
However, like Incognito said, with Agencies, a person can get lucky as well..
