I was driving past(Shepherd and West Alabama) on Monday or Tuesday night about 9pm. Saw 2 constables in front with trunks open putting things inside. I am not sure if that is what they patrol, as i thought it would be HPD vice? I would not know. I called and asked if there are appointments available and a caucasian sounding man answered and said there were appointments. Usually, it is an older poorly sounding asian women. Usually they also ask who you want to see....
Be careful. If anyone has any encounters after Monday or tuesday, that may help to clarify what was going on.
