Interesting. I’ve cruised Central a few times … that’s when I realized that I couldn’t tell the workers from the homeless from the locals. A few were obvious, but those were a must-pass-by. I saw a few that sparked an interest, but they were simply walking around and I had no idea if they were working or not.

I don't disagree, If someone looks under the influence or just nasty i skip them.
