Did you know that the new Health Care Bill will include a tax on tanning beds/memberships? I only tan once a week in a bed, and I use a high quality lotion with over 20 bronzers ( or so the lady said when she sold it me...sucker!) I just don't know if I could give it up. I know it's unhealthy, and there are spray tan options...but that warm bed just feels so good.

I do wear sunsceen/block when at the pool or on the beach.

Moderation is the key. Natural sunlight is good for you and helps Vitamin D production by your skin in response to exposure to ultraviolet radiation.

Having lived in SoCal for a while I found that women who tanned often had leathery skin and aged quickly, but those who tanned in moderation had softer skin and aged much better.
