HELP WITH MY AVATAR

How do I turn this pic around??? I have never admitted to bring computer say.

You need to edit the pic, rotate it 90 degrees. If it's on your phone, use a free photo app like Google's Snapseed, it's pretty easy. Or your phone may have photo editing built-in when you view the photo there.
Once you've rotated it and saved the change, delete the original on here and post it again in correct form.
