Far West Austin?

Is that west Austin but further down west???? I talked to a provider who said she lived in far west and I have no clue of what she is talking about? Help me out folks...

There's a street called Far West Boulevard north of 2222, south of Spicewood Springs in North Austin.

I only know of fartherwest and farthestwest austin, never heard of farwest, I think its made up...

Qziz got it right...that whole area is called Far West, anything in between Balcones and Spicewood, tons of apartments in that area.

yep, I used to live off far west blvd, it's right off mopac.
