yoga is good for the body and the mind.

i just searched for "yoga class beginners addison tx" and google said it had 8430,000+ results.
so, i'd guess there would be at least one class you'd be able to attend (i didnt search for "saturday").

just be prepared for a workout, esp if you've never done yoga before.
