The resident of the area are talking about moving out. The area was already depressed, pre-COVID, then CHAZ rolled in. Reports say during daylight hours it isn't too bad, but when the sun sets, the place is hell. The area economy, for businesses that were there prior to CHAZ, has evaporated, pretty soon, all businesses will be gone, and the new occupants will have to increase their begging for supplies.
