TO Telecom persons out there.....need some help

I was given Fluke DSP-4000 for free about 2 years ago, but I need to get error message fixed and calibrated to do printed test results. I have checked with 10 companies in Texas and out of Texas with no results.

You were probably given it for free becuase it needed repair and was already out of date...
