Anyone know how to get out of a parking violation ?? Private firm not municipal?? What happens if I don't pay it??

If it's not a government entity fuck them don't pay that shit. Like the red light camera extortion tactic you don't have to pay.

They would have to take you to small claims court to collect.
I doubt they would invest the time and money.
Might be a scam.

You know I have no idea. When I use the toll road I just go on thru the EZ Tag lane and send in my cash with LP info. They never say anything to me.

As far as toll rd goes if violations go unpaid they will eventually mark your plate and when you go through a plaza the constables will pull you over and advise you that you are prohibited from the tr until you are paid up. If you get caught on the tr again and haven paid you could be arrested and towed.
