It's been a journey.
But it has all been worth it.
I am loving how shapely and sexy my body has gotten. Tightening up wow. A year and I've lost over 10 inches. Amazing.
I am celebrating all week.
So �� to be determined and me.

A sear exercise in discipline that deserves respect. The fruit just keeps getting sweeter.
