How to get a response from the powers that be

My friend has been trying to get age verified for over a week. She sent in the requested pics and info and can't seem to get a response. I emailed the "contact us" link w/ no response. Is there a mod somewhere that can tell me what I can pass along to her that she can do in order to get back on here?

Right I have a friend going through the same issue and no response what to do she also is trying to get verified again what is going on

It took nearly 2 weeks, but I finally got verified again. I don't think it had anything to do w/ all the emails and posts my friends and I were writing on my behalf. I think they just get to it in their own good time and we just have to go w/ it. lol
