1100 Club: Where's the entrance?

I've tried stopping by twice around noonish and they're locked but I've read some recent reports of people stopping by so maybe I'm going to the wrong door? Honestly I'm not trying to hang out and wait with the cops across the street.

Is the 1100 open? I went by and saw the screen door open and was wondering if they can be open?

Normally it’s the side door on the side street. I usually look for the neon signs to be lit.
