I never go to these places at lunch, you're just asking for them to be rushed. They are a business and when demand is high (like during lunch) service level is going to drop.
I always see Willa at times outside of lunch or at the end of the work day and I always get a tantalizing full hour with her. I also give her a very decent tip and she has a bead on exactly what I like.
