I told a provider I met about ECCIE. When she asked me questions I had no answers. I told her I would try to find out for her.

1) Can she just create a profile on ECCIE or does she have to be invited or verified in some way?
2) Can she post an ad in the Tennessee section without being verified and how much does it cost?

I'm supposed to see her again tomorrow afternoon and would like to help her get away from BP and into a safer environment. She told me she has a P411 listing but I don't know what it is since I'm not a member.

And no I'm not her white knight, just a guy who told her he'd try to keep her safer. If these questions have been answered please just point me to the links or you can PM me with the answers.
