COE say the storm/river won't over top the levees.

Just checked the current maps.
Right up the middle of Louisiana and Arkansas.
And will drain directly into the Mississippi River next several days.
Interesting that upriver reservoirs are still mostly full and will continue to feed the Mississippi as well.
I'm not gonna bet on the COE statement that it won't top levees.

Too bad no one ever has the forethought to capture excess water for California when their drought will invariably return.

Gov Gruesome has a developing lawsuit against all Gulf coast and Atlantic States for illegally stealing water from Kalifornia during hurricane season.

Demands the Mississippi River be diverted to the LA basin as reparations to all the illegals Trump is trying to evict..

All the rich liberals live in the New Orleans Garden district which is above sea level.(although just three feet above it but the poor folks live 10 feet or more below sea level - the stupid bastards)

They should let the poor camp out on their lawns when the water floods everywhere else in the city.

Just like in LA and San Francisco they keep all the good land for themselves while getting rich claiming to fight for the little guy.

Fucking DPST's.

the poor got screwed over mainly because they couldn't afford the prices for good high and dry land. on the other hand, low lying areas of land were cheap. they got the cheap land which is good, but come a bad weather, they'll get screwed over by a good flood.

It's hard enough to feel protected from the 10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500 year normal threats, let alone build in what would be a perpetual flood zone but for the almighty levees.
Great! Here they come.

I hope no more of the "gubment gibs me dat" crowd comes to Texas.

A bunch of that worthless filthy showed up in Texas after Katrina flooding the zone in Houston. They are inching Texas closer to the blue line.
