inserting pics in threads?

was wondering how to insert a pic into a thread any help?

The image you want to include using this method must reside on a web page.

Enter this...

[IMG]URL of Image[/IMG]

For example...

This...

[IMG]http://s98.photobucket.com/albums/l259/Mokoa57/Aircraft/?action=view&current=Osprey1.j pg[/IMG]

Will produce this...

Photobucket works fine. That is where the image I used in the instructions above resides.

Is there a way to upload a photo from you hard disk without having an intermediary website location?
