kegels aren’t meant to make you ‘tighter’... - really?

I'm curious to see what providers have to say about this -

"It also goes without saying that kegels aren’t meant to make you ‘tighter’, so if you’re only looking to get a tight taco out of fear of having a ‘loose vagina’, you should know there’s no such thing. "

Wow.

Kegels tone the wall muscles which makes them stronger. "Supposedly" They become slightly bigger which takes up more space in the V Hole. Anyway kegel exercises are morely intended for strengthening the pelvic muscles. Kegel exercises make the grip tighter when your gripping the you know what from the base of your pelvic area
To me, it just seems to be a matter of semantics....

We are talking about muscles here so "strong" would be more correct.

But when describing a sensation, "tight" is the word generally used.

My daughter has been telling me about those Kegel Balls....

I think I might do a little online shopping today.
My wife has a big pussy.
Not an issue with me, even though I'm not hung at all.
She is getting old. She does kegels to help with leaking when she gets older.
Doctor told her it would make sex better, but it didn't.
She has done them every other night for years.
Helps with the incontinence but not with the size of her pussy. It's still big as it ever was.

I was always told that if you wanted to tighten things to use alum.
Basically Alum just drys out/shrivels up the tissue. Last about 30 mins and taste really BITTER.
