Maybe I'm the village idiot lol, but I'm trying to get verified and I emailed the web support email address a week ago and I have not received a response.
Something tells me that's not the correct email, I read the post about getting verified but I can not find any other email addresses.

that is the wrong email...the right email is in the post/sticky at the top of the welcome wagon section.
