Weekly Biden Report Card: Biden’s epic failed week -- with no good sign in sight

It takes an awfully momentous week for our two graders to agree, but this was the first one unfortunately for President Joe Biden.
That’s because it was an epic failure for Biden, who sold himself as a foreign policy genius and a problem solver with a steady hand. He showed none of that, said our graders.
Both Democratic pollster John Zogby and conservative analyst Jed Babbin painted a red “F” on the week, highlighting the bumbling in the Afghanistan withdrawal.

“He is being blamed for both incompetence and lying. It does not look like it will be getting better soon,” said Zogby. “If there were a grade lower than an ‘F,’ Biden would have earned it this week,” said Babbin.

What Biden doesn't understand

This week, President Joe Biden made a dark political bet that Americans would forget a 20-year war. Biden and his aides, many of whom have lived and worked inside the bubble of Washington for most of their adult lives, believed the political fallout would be limited because people were war-weary.


Their exit strategy was based on internal and public polling that showed the Afghanistan withdrawal was popular, even though the same polls showed it was not something people were paying attention to.

In short, it was all about what made Biden popular with voters.

Went 18 months without an American death, doesn't sound like many attacks on US troops to me. Funny how biden changed Trumps's border policies and blew up the border, ended America's energy independence but helped Russia complete their pipeline and signed many executive orders turning over Trump policies and when it comes to the "friendly" taliban you want us to believe biden had to follow something Trump started? biden owns all of this.
