so you say you're new in town....then wtf?

Simple question that hopefully has a simple answer. How come I see lots of these postings (on bp mainly) that claim this girl is touring and is new in town or first time in KC, yet they have an 816 or 913 area code for their contact number?

It's easy to get a burner, but if they don't have a permanent number, odds are something is off...fake pics, LE, whatever. If you can't research a gal, don't even bother.
