Rugby = awesome. Full contact, no pads, no helmets. No fatties, because all players have to run and the ball is live for most of the game.
NFL football = 3 hour game, but the ball is live for a TOTAL of approximately *six minutes* (often it is less). I like Cowboys football, but I gotta admit that it's kinda like watching a chess match compared with Rugby.
