I have seen that before too. I believe it was in the Chrome browser on either OS X 10.8.1 or on Ubuntu 12. Can't recall which one. It "fixed itself" with a browser cache/cookie flush, I think.

Firefox's "private browsing mode" did the same thing to me, then it got worse, once i signed in every forum said "private" switched to chrome, no issues now
