info about the dosage is confusing.
sources say take 1000 mg, but others say 400 IU.
With so much confusion about vitamins etc. I don't think there is a "right" answer. I remember a few years ago a study indicated that higher intake of Vitamin "E" was dangerous for smokers (who you would think need more AO power than anyone).
You might also google fish oil and Zn/Cu supplementation.
