Dear Ladies, More AirBnB and Less shitty hotels

Seriously though, I saw a lady last night. Give me the address and its an adorable bungalow in Austin off of Mopac in a nice little neighborhood. People walking dogs, very light traffic, street lamps, and parking in a real driveway. Head inside and it was supremely comfortable as well. And I found out, as our session wrapped up, it had a washing machine as an added nicety. She tossed the sheets and shower bits in before she left at the same time I did. (We both needed something to eat after that session)

No awkward stares from wait staff, no shady parking lots, me not worrying about what to drive, no shitty hotel beds or crappy sheets. Probably the best incall experience I've had not counting courtesans who entertain in their well appointed private residents.

All that and she said it was 150 for 4 days. If you rack up some reputation via AirBnB then apparently you can get some better rates as well.

This has been a Public Service Announcement. Now back to your regularly scheduled john and hooker banter.

Yeah 3 - 5 different strange old men visiting a young lady would never be noticed by the neighbors or owner of a house
You probably blend right in... nothing to see here.
In Austin? Probably not actually. The turn over rate is high enough and that traffic just busy enough in that area that it probably would go unnoticed unless the provider was super high volume or just obnoxious about it.

Odds are higher you were noticed there than at a hotel, although I'll give ya that it's cozier, but the risk is about the same, or even a little more..

As long as any one home doesn't get used for hobbying more than a few days, there's probably not a lot of risk that effective opposition would develop.

It would probably be a bad idea for multiple ladies to share information on a particular house being a good location and end up with a lot of ladies visiting a particular house repeatedly.

One other suggestion. Make sure the clients never knock on the wrong door. Have them call when they arrive and talk them in, or make sure there's something unmistakable about the right house. "White Honda in the driveway facing the street with a Ford sunshade on the windshield." Or someone's innocuous business card stuffed into the door frame.

I'm with Nuglet on this. I've met a few lovely ladies at private residences and couldn't shake the feeling that neighbors were peering through the draperies.. Depending on volume, one car leaves, another pulls up shortly after. The neighborhood gossip. But I don't like walking through a hotel lobby either - that creeps me out. Once the door shuts (BCD) its all better though..

I have heard from several gals that use it and they have had good results
Hmmmm, I think this is called paranoia....

I'd rather be one of 200 walking into a hotel than 1 of 3 guys walking into a house that the neighbors know. And there's probably fixin' to be a bit of backlash from some of the LE people now that the chief is leaving and they're gonna be a bit "looser" with the rules while getting even.

There are several people who have been banned by Air BnB for suspected adult activity. And I'm talking webcam girls, not even escorts. Air BnB goes after the adult industry ladies aggressively.

Uh, I wish. To echo what Grace pointed out, AirBnB is notoriously antagonistic to sex workers. There's a well known porn performer who shared her experience of being banned with news outlets and she wasn't even doing anything adult industry related during her stay. If that weren't the case, I do agree that it would be better than hotels.

I've used Airbnb once with no issues, but it was for a swing party, not hobby. And I let the owner know that it was for a party.
I don't know if I would feel comfortable using someone else's house to hobby in though. But I don't care for hotels either. LOL

I dabble with airbnb/vrbo/homeaway but it depends on where i'm going. I've been an Airbnb member close to 3yrs now. I've used it for civvie life (family vacations, family reunions etc) and P4P.

Sometimes I will split my tour between hotel and a residential incall. I'm really really careful with airbnb but i'm careful in a hotel too. My usual "traffic" even when touring is a one or 2 client max per day kind of thing (also put a great emphasis on my preference for longer dates (I tend to like my client not leaving as fast as he walked in lol)). My last Austin area visit (Arboretum and Round Rock) I used airbnb without issue.

Will I use it on my next visit?
I dunno....maybe (maybe not).
If you'd like to see more AirBNB providers, write your city council rep or state legislator and tell them to chill out on the short-term rental regulation. Multiple proposals have gone up that would allow city inspectors to enter with little to no notice, and some would incentivize neighbors to snitch on "problem" rentals.
