Seeing providers on social media

The other day, after spending quite some time messaging girls off stg, I see quite a few in my friend suggestion list. I was joking with the wife about this. Just wondering if this happens to others a lot. We are on fetlife as well and have people pop up from there too. Of course, we would never contact anyone like that, as we we wouldn't want to make anyone uncomfortable or take a chance on causing problems. I did have one provider send me a friend request years ago but never accepted, just didn't know about mixing that life with so called real life. And didn't know her that well.
