Since the Forum allows for a Thread to be started that is not a Review... Is there any rule that says a member HAS to use the Review Form in order to review a session with a Provider? Or that we cannot discuss other review related topics here?

I ask for a couple of reasons.....

1) to begin with.... This Thread is a question / discussion about the Review Forum and Reviews in general. What better place for a thread about the subject than right here? Before you say that we want a woman's POV keep in mind that current board policy is that they cannot comment here in this forum nor are they supposed to ever SEE the private areas of reviews so it's already been decided they have no input on this subject.

2) We see guys mistakenly use the Review button to post a "Review" of sessions that never happened.... i.e. NCNS events...... Is there any reason a "Thread" could not be started and then allowed to remain here in the proper forum a guy would search when looking for a lady to see? A thread addressing a NCNS by a lady would still BE a review of the Lady's professional (or lack thereof) performance by a member with 1st hand knowledge..... That has value to me....... It has more value to me if I can see it right here amongst the other reviews I am reading looking for someone that strikes my fancy....

It could potentially stop the NCNS from being moved to CoEd where the message is watered down by the providers.... The excuse is always that it is not a REVIEW...... Well if it is a thread reviewing the performance of a provider and not using the sites proprietary REVIEW FORM.... it stands to reason that it should be allowed to be posted here........ Rather than hidden from the #1 spot where guys tend to shop..... which is this forum..... What better place to affect and modify the behavior of a hooker that cares little for out time than right here in this forum?

FINALLY...... We constantly have issues where information meant to be Private and available to members with specific access, either purchased or earned, is leaked to others.... There is a rule regarding this practice that is probably not strong enough to really have the needed affect.... Cutting and Pasting information from a Review or from the Locker Room or in Private Tags and displaying to another member ought to be a much more serious offense..... Personally I think we need to send a message that says.... "We can't stop it all but for those instances when we DO CATCH IT...... You are done and over with......" It should be some sort of capital offense with an extreme punishment meant to send a message.....

Why?

Well..... If what we write has enough value to the owners of the board of an extent that they can charge others for the right to view it....... Shouldn't they also value our contributions enough to protect it in a manner that says they are not going to tolerate any attempt to circumvent the system?

Which brings me to my last point

3) Since this button exists that allows for a Thread to be posted here in the Review section...... I suggest we make use of it..... If there is no policy against it, as members, lets chart a course for it's use that has a value to us!

I see the bravado in the Locker Rooms all the time from guys that say they could care less if a woman reads what they write.... that they feel a lady should get to read their reviews including the Private content.... There are a lot of people that believe that it will help a provider grow and mature to read their reviews and learn from their mistakes.....

Could these same guys that profess this lack of caring about who reads what they write use the THREAD button above, as I have done here, to post a freestyle review of their session with a provider in their own format without any private information?

Honesty.... If there is to be no real consequences to those that out the information meant to be private, why not post it all in a public manner without all the ROS and Private stuff? Surely it has no value to the board if a guy can cut and paste it to a member that doses not have access and maintain HIS access to it...

Radical Idea? maybe.... But it sure does make everyone bragging how they don't give a fuck who reads it pony up to the bar put their reviews where their bravado is.....

personally I don't give a fuck who reads what I write..... I post in the locker room because i sometime want to discuss something or share something WITHOUT a Provider's Point of View....

or the rantings of a WK or Wuss that is missing the audience he so desires a chance to impress.....

I understand the value that the Locker Room and the Private Area of the Review Forms has to the Owners of the board. With that in mind I believe they should readdress #20 to provide much stiffer and clear cut punishment for a member that will not respect that value and protect that information. Maybe the problem was not so much when the guideline was first created but the board has FAR GREATER value today and it is from the contributions of many that do so within the guidelines.... I am simply suggesting that it be better protected..... Or that as members, we have the right to review in a more public fashion using the thread button and a freestyle accounting of a session.....

MODS: If you are local you KNOW I did not mistakenly post this here... you know me and you know the point I am trying to make...... if you are NOT a local MOD..... i assure you this was no mistake on my part...... So before moving this thread to a section of the board I did not intend to have it moved to..... If that decision IS made..... LOCK THE THREAD at my request.

There will be no further reason for discussion if the end result has already been decided now will there?

Not spurred me on as much as gave me a valid reason to respond and keep the thread at the top of the list for when Monday rolls around and people start logging in. Never much traffic on the weekends.

I swear. I was perusing the forum, saw that long subject line, and I started laughing out loud.
Only Whispers could drive a semi through a 1 inch hole.
Whispers enough of the fellow hobbyist put up with the bullshit and then post stuff like she is the best ever if you just look past the bad TCB or look past the NCNS.

It is reminiscent of the difference between management and the worker bees at a corporation. A lone worker bee battles with management in a one against many relationship. One worker bee can never change management, even a small group of worker bees cannot change management. What is ironic is management desires what the worker bee has to offer $$$$$.

Now a union is where management gets concerned.

The NCNS-Bad TCB yahoo group is a start.
I would like to know bc I have a NCNS I'd like to share.
tuckermaxxx, post the ncns as a thread in the review forum.
When Whispers asked me if this was ok to post, I was at work and not logged in. I did not see an issue at the time because the software allows you to make a post that is not a Review in this Forum. As on member put it, Whispers can drive a semi through a 1 inch hole!!!

Now that I have had time to actually log in and see the thread and review the Owner's Stated Purpose for thei Forum:

Independent Provider Reviews - Austin Post reviews to share your experiences with the rest of us. These are visible to the general public. Session details are placed in "The Rest of the Story," a private section of the review visible only to Premium Access members. Premium Access is granted at staff discretion, 6 weeks credit given per review. You may also purchase a Premium Access subscription. Details can be found by clicking the Premium Access tab at the top of every page.

Based on the above statement, I now believe that the Owners mean for this Forum to contain Reviews only and they need to be Reviews that meet our definitation of a Review. Since I did tell him he could post it, I will let it stand, however, future threads in this Forum need to be Reviews or they (threads deemed to not fit the definition of a review) will be moved to the proper Fourm(s).

So because you made a mistake, Whispers gets a pass to leave this thread in a forum it clearly doesn't belong? oh shit I just bumped it to the top too
I am moving this discussion thread to the proper forum....carry on. By the way the title of the forum describes the topics to be discussed in that forum...it states Provider Reviews, the other forums specifically state Reviews and Discussions....
