North Lemoyn Avenue

I didn't get robbed while at 295 North Lemoyn Avenue in the few times that I have gone there. However, has anyone else gotten the same negative vibe about the place as I have to stay away?

Something tells me one day that will be a set up where the police come in and shut the place down.
