Cant post or read

Hello fellow hobbyists
Good evening. Why is that i am not able to read lot of reviews? It says i maynot be approved yet. But, i am here posting

Also, why is that i cant post in few forums? I tried in welcome-austin and it said the same as above ie i dont have enough permissions or my profile is not apptoved.

Does that mean I should be a premium member to post in welcome-austin forum too?
