I'd like to state that I've had a couple of doubles appointments with a fellow pending provider. Due to personal real world differences that we cannot get past, I will no longer be working with her. Pending her verification and if all goes well, she is here on her *OWN*. I cannot vouch for her for any future visits, and I have no further affiliation or association with her.
